Promotion

1. Promoter: The promoter of this promotion is Cookie Time Ltd, 789 Main South

Road, Templeton, Christchurch, New Zealand (“the Promoter”).

2. Promotion Period: The promotion begins at 12:00 AM NZT on 4 November

2024 and ends at 11:59 PM NZT on 26 December 2024 (“Promotion Period”).

Any bookings made outside this period will not be eligible for entry.

3. Eligibility:

● Entry is open to legitimate businesses in New Zealand.

● Employees, contractors, and agents of the Promoter, its affiliates, and

anyone professionally connected with this promotion are ineligible to enter.

4. How to Enter:

● Workplaces that book a seller via this website during the Promotion Period

will go in the draw to win a Cookie Time branded freezer full of Cookie

Time Ice Cream 470ml Tubs.

● The flavours of the ice cream will be split 50/50 between Triple Chocolate

Brownie Dough and Cookie Chunk Caramel.

5. Prize:

● The prize is a Cookie Time branded freezer filled with Cookie Time Ice

Cream 470ml Tubs.

● The ice cream flavours are intended to be split 50/50 between Triple

Chocolate Brownie Dough and Cookie Chunk Caramel.

● Should stock levels not be available to fulfil a 50/50 split, the Promoter

reserves the right to change this in accordance with available stock.

● The prize is non-transferable, non-refundable, and cannot be exchanged

for cash or any other alternative.

6. Draw:

● The winner will be drawn at random using random selection software on

15 January 2025.

● The Promoter will contact the winner to organise prize delivery.

7. Prize Claim:

● The winner must claim their prize within 14 days of being notified. If the

winner does not claim the prize within this period, the Promoter reserves

the right to conduct a redraw and award the prize to another entrant.

● The Promoter will arrange for the prize to be delivered to the winner within

30 days of the prize being claimed.

8. Publicity:

● By entering the promotion, the winner agrees to participate in any

promotional activity deemed reasonable by the Promoter, including the

use of their name, likeness, and image for marketing and publicity

purposes, without additional compensation.

9. Liability:

● The Promoter is not responsible for any incorrect or inaccurate information

provided by entrants.

● To the extent permitted by law, the Promoter, its affiliates, and agents will

not be liable for any loss or damage (including, without limitation, direct,

indirect, or consequential loss) arising from or in connection with the

promotion or any prize awarded.

10.Privacy & Communication:

● Personal information collected from entrants, including email addresses,

will be used solely for the purposes of this promotion, for contacting the

winner, and for future promotional communications from Cookie Time Ltd,

unless entrants opt out at the time of entry or subsequently.

● Entrants may unsubscribe from promotional emails at any time by

following the unsubscribe instructions provided in the emails.

11. General:

● The Promoter reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel the

promotion at any time without notice, where it becomes necessary to do

so.

● Entry into this promotion constitutes acceptance of these Terms and

Conditions.

● The Promoter’s decision is final, and no correspondence will be entered

into.
