Terms and Conditions – Win $15k in Grocery Vouchers: Cookie Time Christmas Cookies Bucket Promotion
1. Promoter: The promoter of this promotion is Cookie Time Ltd, 789 Main South Road, Templeton, Christchurch, New Zealand (“the Promoter”).
2. Promotion Period: The promotion begins at 12:00 AM NZT on 4 November] 2024 and ends at 11:59 PM NZT on 26 December 2024 (“Promotion Period”). Any purchases made outside this period will not be eligible for entry.
3. Eligibility:
○ Entry is open to residents of New Zealand aged 18 years or older.
○ Employees, contractors, and agents of the Promoter, its affiliates, and anyone professionally connected with this promotion are ineligible to enter.
4. How to Enter:
○ Each purchase of a Cookie Christmas Cookies bucket from any participating Christmas Cookies seller within the Promotion Period
qualifies for one entry into the prize draw.
○ To complete your entry, you must register your purchase by scanning the
QR code provided at the time of purchase and submitting the required details, including your contact information, via the official entry form.
○ Each bucket purchase counts as a single entry, but the registration
process via the QR code must be completed for each purchase to be eligible.
○ Completing the registration process to enter the draw constitutes
acceptance of the Terms and Conditions of this Promotion.
5. Prize:
○ The prize is NZD $15,000 in grocery vouchers , which will be delivered to the winner.
○ The winner will be able to select their preferred grocery brand (Foodstuffs SI, Foodstuffs NI or Woolworths New Zealand), from which the Promoter will organise vouchers to the value of NZD $15,000.
○ The prize is non-transferable, non-refundable, and cannot be exchanged for cash or any other alternative.
6. Draw:
○ The prize draw will take place on 15 January 2025. The winner will be drawn using a random selection method from all valid entries received during the Promotion Period.
○ The winner will be notified, via the contact details provided during entry registration, within 10 business days of the draw.
7. Prize Claim:
○ The winner must claim their prize within 14 days of being notified. If the winner does not claim the prize within this period, the Promoter reserves the right to conduct a redraw and award the prize to another entrant.
○ The Promoter will arrange for the prize to be delivered to the winner within 30 days of the prize being claimed.
8. Publicity:
○ By entering the promotion, the winner agrees to participate in any promotional activity deemed reasonable by the Promoter, including the use of their name, likeness, and image for marketing and publicity purposes, without additional compensation.
9. Liability:
○ The Promoter is not responsible for any incorrect or inaccurate information provided by entrants.
○ To the extent permitted by law, the Promoter, its affiliates, and agents will not be liable for any loss or damage (including, without limitation, direct, indirect, or consequential loss) arising from or in connection with the promotion or any prize awarded.
10. Privacy & Communication:
○ Personal information collected from entrants, including email addresses, will be used solely for the purposes of this promotion, for contacting the winner, and for future promotional communications from Cookie Time Ltd, unless entrants opt out at the time of entry or subsequently.
○ Entrants may unsubscribe from promotional emails at any time by following the unsubscribe instructions provided in the emails.
11. General:
○ The Promoter reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel the promotion at any time without notice, where it becomes necessary to do so.
○ Entry into this promotion constitutes acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
